A booking fee of £100 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the arrival date full payment will be required at the time of booking via online bank payment.
A security deposit of £100 is payable directly to the owner via bank transfer prior to arrival, please contact us on 07731 167390 the week prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 7 working days of departure pending no cause to hold any back.
The weekly price is for 7 nights starting on a Friday. Weekend breaks (3 nights) start on a Friday. Short breaks start on a Monday (4 nights). Minimum stay is 3 nights. Maximum stay is 14 nights. If you would like to stay for a different period or start date please do not hesitate to contact us about availability and prices.
Payment for use of the Electric Vehicle Charger is required separately. The cost is based on our current cost of electricity from our supplier. This is currently £0.23 per Kwh. We ask our guests to keep a record of the total Kwh's used while charging and then make a payment to us via online banking at the end of their holiday.
